Become an advanced diver with the PADI Advanced Open Water in Bali

The PADI Advanced Open Water certification will allow you to explore new sites, diving to a maximum depth of 30 meters.

Explore new places, experience new sensations, dive beyond limits! The PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course will build up your scuba skills and increase your confidence for a more comfortable and safer experience underwater. You don’t have to be “advanced” to take this course, it is designed to advance your diving, so you can start right after your PADI Open Water Diver certification.

The deep hides many mysteries and that is one of the main reasons why open water divers choose the PADI Advanced Open Water in Bali. The course takes a total of 2 days to complete during which the student will be doing a total of 5 dive specialties done in Padang Bai and Tulamben.

Out of these 5 specialties, 2 are mandatory, Deep Diver Specialty and Underwater Navigation. The rest of 3 specialties have to be chosen by the student from the PADI Specialties list. To help you understand the specialties better, we have listed the specialties below but mind that Ice Diver is not a good choice for doing in Bali.

Generally, people choose Wreck Diver, Night Diver, Drift Diver or Peak Performance Buyoancy  because these are most rewarding from experience point of view but of course, someone might consider Fish Identification to be more important.
